Since we've all been traveling for quite a while now, I thought it would be nice to add this section to the blog. It's still going to be about Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle. But this will be an additional section for those who love traveling as much as. There will be collaborations with other travelers who love traveling just as much as I do so stay tuned for more!

Let's get into it shall we?

Here are the

5 must take with me Travel Essentials

Everyone has their travel essentials that they can't travel without. I honestly have more than 5 things! LOL but if I were to list down  5, I guess this would be it.

 1. Lotion

Traveling to a country with different weather can effect the skin's moisture and condition. When I was in Australia, the weather was perfect. It wasn't so hot, nor was it too cold. But because the humidity level was very much lower compared to Malaysia. Based on my research before I left for Australia. the humidity level was about -8 whilst in Malaysia it was +8 . This is something you'd wanna look out for when you travel, the temperature and the weather of that particular country. For people with sensitive skin like myself or even for normal skin for that matter, the weather could cause you to have dry skin. So, a LOTION would be one of the essentials for any travel. Any favorite kind of lotion would do,honestly. I usually carry a small tube that is always in my handbag. I would suggest though, if you have eczema like myself, it would be advisable to get your lotion recommended by the doctor or something that's good for hydration. These are what I carry with me everyday actually. I need my skin to be hydrated at all times.

2. Hand Sanitizer

Whether I travel or not, my hand sanitizer is a must to take everywhere I go. I can't leave home without that, Oh Na-ah! A hand disinfectant or hand sanitizer is more of an alternative to hand washing with soap and water. Some sanitizers contain alcohol that kill most bacteria. However, not all sanitizer comes with such particles. According to an article, Alcohol rub sanitizers containing at least 70% alcohol (mainly ethyl alcohol) kill 99.9% of the bacteria on hands 30 seconds after application and 99.99% to 99.999% in one minute.Another option would be anti-bacterial wipes. It works just as good as those anti-bacterial hand sanitzers.

 3. Travel Notebook

I used to have a little notebook that I buy every time I travel. I remember  when my dad bought my first note book when I went on my first international trip ( & my first trip away from home) to England. He wrote everything down for me, from what to do in case I get lost to what numbers I should dial if I wanted to call home. & from then, everywhere I went I felt like I needed to carry a small note book with me. Only this time, I write down the places that I want to visit as well as expenses during the trip . & I also write down names of people whom I want to buy souvenirs for.:P

This is the notebook that i carry around.

When I went to Australia a couple of months ago, I came across this travel pouch. I think it's perfect for traveling. I think that if you have a notebook like mine, it will fit just right along with your travel documents, passport and cash in this pouch too. Plus, it has a picture of the world map. I got this for AUD20. I'm sure you can get something similar from TYPO.

4. Extra Batteries

You always need extra batteries for all your electronic devices. In this day and age, everything is posted on Instagram,Facebook, and other social media platforms. Some of us post it immediately and some of us do a #throwback every now and then. I love scrolling through my friends Instagram pictures of places they've visited. Yes, Yes, Some also say that it's enjoying the moment itself. But to our defense, we take pictures so that remember our trip and so that there's something to look back years down the road. Pictures do bring you back to that moment in time! Anyways, back to this travel essential, extra batteries are all convenient when your phone battery is low in case you need to make calls or waze your way around. Although, there's one thing that you should always check. Ensure that you know how many batteries or what voltage is allowed when you check in or hand carry it on the plane.

5. Lip Balm

I think suggest know believe that if it is not already a travel essential, it SHOULD BE! Just like how useful the lotion is, a lip balm or petroleum jelly will prevent you from chapped and dry lips. The last thing we want is for our lips to look chapped in pictures, right? There's different kinds of lip balm, you can opt for one that has a little bit of color, a sheer color or just  glossy one, They also have lip balms with scents and flavours as well. I would suggest one that has a bit of sunscreen or one that has additional benefits. Anything as long as it helps keep you lips moisturized through out the day under any kind of weather. However, always be sure to check the ingredients or test it out before you apply it on your lips as you definitely do not want to use something that could cause redness or irritation to your lips.

These are the two that I carry with me everywhere I go. My Shea Butter Lip Balm by Claire Organics and Kissy Missy Lip Balm by Zoella

There you go my top 5!
There is one thing that I actually did not include. I'm guilty of a bantal busuk too *runs and hide* because it is part of me.. Haha! I just can't sleep without it!

Okay,so, I know, how could I narrow it down to 5 right?
Here's an option ,If you're traveling with a friend or a family, then there some  things you might wanna share. There's some things that you might not finish or need a whole bottle of tube, so splitting the list and sharing would definitely ease the burden of either carrying TOO many things or forgetting something. For instance ,
  • Sunblock
  • International Charger Adapter
  • Toiletries
  • Accessories - Necklace / Clutch
  • Camera/GoPro/VideoCamera

What's your 5 must take with me Travel Essential? I wanna know!
Also, What else can we share?
