Organic Overnight Oats

Hey Everyone,
In case you didn't know, I've been trying to be healthy the whole month of May. Or Mid May LOL, I knew I couldn't control my diet when I went to Australia, so I had to do a little damage control when I got back. Since then, I've been trying to eat healthy. Yes, seems quite impossible for me since my mom is constantly trying out new dishes at home and baking pies. Anyways, I might have found just the right thing to help me stay healthy. I'm not usually consistent when it comes to diet, seeing that I supposed to start it beginning of the year *oh gosh* One week of these was just what I needed. What I'm about to share with you is gonna be useful for those who wanna stay fit and healthy.

Five Minutes

Five Minutes prepares a fresh approach of reaching ideal health & well-being by being organic that can be consumed on the go.

Thinking of their consumers, FIVE Minutes has come up with something that is healthy and definitely affordable. We all know how expensive organic products can be but that doesn't mean that you should not eat healthy, right? Five Minutes proves that you can have the best of both world when it comes to healthy eating.Well, that’s how the founders came up with their Five Minutes overnight oatmeal where it consists of all organic, fresh and healthy ingredients at a very affordable price.

When asked what exactly Five Minutes offer  and what this organic oats is all about?

They explained that organic oats, as we all know is a type of meal that is healthy, made of oats and it's their key ingredient. They added, Our core ingredients consist of 6 items which are organic rolled oats, organic chia seeds, organic raisins, organic raw honey, organic sunflower seeds and coconut milk. No added sugar, no preservatives & no artificial colors in our meal - it is healthful produce as it’s transformed into natural slushy nutrition. What's special and unique you ask? This made to order (yes, they only make it a day before to ensure its freshness) Five Minutes Organic Oats It is actually their little flavors which makes the oats more flavorful and yummy too!

֍ What I think about Five Minutes֍
My first purchase was the KIWI flavored organic oats and I had that for dinner! :) After that one small pack, I knew I needed to try all their flavors! I think this is a great idea for people on the go who still want to eat healthy as the day or week goes on. & I would definitely recommend this. The quantity is just right and not too much which is a plus point. It's not only healthy and organic but it is also very affordable. I tried all the flavors available and yes, I have my preferences. I absolutely enjoyed the kiwi and mango one. I'm not so much for nuts only because the core ingredients already contain sunflower seeds. Banana is an interesting flavor mixed with organic oats because it somehow reminds me of a banana milkshake. Basically, the core organic oats go well on its own or together with fresh fruits. I'd definitely order when I'm back being healthy because as much I love my oats, I can only eat so much in a week. That's me anyways, I see friends enjoying their oats everyday, and everyday I tell myself, I need to be like them. LOL. Another thing about Five Minutes is at the moment you will not be able to find these healthy tub of goodness in shelves because it is made to order. The team behind Five Minutes want to ensure that each tub consumed is fresh, hence, everything is made to order.
There are 5 different hale & hearty flavors that Five Minutes specialize in which are
  1. banana
  2. mango
  3. mixture of nuts
  4. kiwi and
  5. passion fruit
Okay, I bet everyone wants to know how affordable Five Minutes Organic Oats is. I've got the price list just for you!

It is between RM 5.00 and RM 7.00 for a tub of 150g, 266kcal. Healthy and affordable, who can say no? Well, call them, give it a try! Psst. I hear they do free delivery in certain areas too! :)
