WEVents 6th Anniversary

Guess who's celebrating it's 6th anniversay this September!It is none other than WEVents !

Just in case you were wondering who or what WEVents is all about. Well, WEVents is  

The very first WomenOnlyMENnotinvited social event for women, by women.

WEVents was born with the objective of allowing working women to have an outlet (to vent) after office hours, get to meet new friends and catch up with peers. Conceptualized by Jeanisha Wan in 2010, WEVents runs events that are attended by working women of all ages. All of WEVents' events are well-attended, with some selling out weeks before the events take place. All the people working behind WEVents are working women and/or entrepreneurs who freely volunteer their time or provide sponsorship in terms of products or services towards the events just so women can relax and enjoy themselves in an event they can truly call their own. WEVents operates as a corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards working women, so all sponsorships received by WEVents are in kind and are all channelled back to WEVents attendees.

In conjunction with their 6th anniversary,  they will be celebrating it with the theme ' I wanna' at The Studio@ KL , Nexus on the 24th of September 2016. It is gonna a fun event as there will be so many booths for participants and members to check out. On top of that, there will be games where you visit booths and collect stamps and be in the running for their grand prize! 

Thanks to their sponsors, there will be lots of prizes up to RM5000 to be won and door gifts to be given away. With RM200 worth of door gifts, RM1,200 lucky draw prizes to be won as well as RM2,600 prizes for the top 10 people who visit all the booths at the bazaar and complete a simple challenge at each booth.

Registration is now open to Member and NON Members! Registration fees for WEVents members is RM25 while non-member fee is RM35. It will be on a first-come, first-served basis and pre-registered paid attendees will receive door gifts. So, Hurry up! If you can't commit at this moment, entrance fee for walk-in member and non-member is RM10 (without door gift) on the event day!

I've never been to any of their event before but I'm guessing based on such good reviews from past events, this is gonna be a good one! Click here to find out about their past events and you'll know what I mean :) This bazaar is gonna be a first for WEVents as well. I'm really impressed that these women actually take the time to make other women feel good about themselves by organizing events where working women will be able to connect,share their stories and become friends! That is something that I look forward to!
